Our Manufacturing Process

Driven by quality and a customer centric approach, we design our products, viz. Embossing Rolls, Printing Rollers, Surface heating & Cooling roll, mirror rollers and other steel rolls using the finest technology available. Our process uses a new technique for embossing and printing cylinder by Digilaserâ„¢.

Here's a quick tour of the technique and technology that goes into making superior quality rollers for our customers:

Material Used JIS Steel Cylinders are used to make the rolls. Each roll is made according to the customer's drawing and design. Roll Surface We use a large variety of cutting machines (lathes) for shaping the rolls, giving them the desired precision, the required size, roundness and first class quality. Roll Grinding CNC Grinding machine controls roll's diameter, size, form and surface roughness(Ra). Axle Grinding Controls the axle to match the bearing. Mirror Grinding Has the capability of getting the surface roughness to Ra 0.01um and gloss of upto 89. These can be used as cooling or heating systems depending on what is needed. The rolls are able to keep the machine temperature constant at all time. This gives your product the gloss, transparency and smoothness desired and the required efficiency of your machine. Quality Control Our rolls are checked and examined by many departments using our high class testing equipments. Electroplate The rollers are electroplated with hard Cr, Ni, Cu. Packaging and Transportation The rolls are first covered with many layers of oil before wrapping with PE sheets and PP cloth. They are then packed within wood cases for shipment.
